1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Patrii Inc.'s Canadian sovereign cloud platform services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Description of Services

Patrii Inc. provides Canadian sovereign cloud infrastructure services including but not limited to:

• Virtual compute instances and containers
• Object and block storage solutions
• Networking and security services
• Database and analytics platforms
• AI/ML services and tools
• API access and integration services

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You must immediately notify Patrii of any unauthorized use of your account. Patrii will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Illegal activities or content
• Intellectual property infringement
• Distribution of malware or harmful code
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Resource abuse or mining
• Spam or unsolicited communications

5. Data Privacy and Protection

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to complying with Canadian privacy laws and are working towards PIPEDA certification. All data is stored exclusively in Canadian data centers.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Automatic Renewal

Services automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to our Services. You grant Patrii a limited license to host and serve your content.

7.2 Patrii Property

All Patrii trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Patrii Inc.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines specific uptime commitments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patrii's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Patrii harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services used.

11.2 Termination by Patrii

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations with notice when practicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice via email or service dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
