The Role
As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will lead all marketing, brand, and growth strategy initiatives at Patrii Cloud.
You will be responsible for defining how Patrii Cloud is positioned, discovered, understood, and trusted in the Canadian market. This includes brand strategy, demand generation, content, community presence, and alignment with sales and partnerships.
You will work closely with the CEO/CTO and CRO to ensure marketing directly supports revenue growth, long-term brand credibility, and Patrii’s mission of Canadian digital sovereignty.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own Patrii Cloud’s global marketing strategy and brand positioning
Build and manage the full marketing funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention
Design and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud services (IaaS, private cloud, ERP/CRM)
Lead content strategy (blog, social media, thought leadership, technical storytelling)
Develop demand generation initiatives aligned with sales and revenue objectives
Manage and optimize inbound channels (SEO, campaigns, partnerships, community)
Collaborate closely with the CRO on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and conversion
Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting using Lynx ERP/CRM
Shape Patrii’s public narrative around sovereignty, open source, and transparency
Prepare marketing assets for partners, resellers, and strategic alliances
Ideal Profile
Strong experience in marketing leadership, growth, or brand strategy
Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology marketing
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
Proven experience building demand generation or inbound marketing engines
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability (early-stage friendly)
Strong storytelling, positioning, and communication skills
Experience collaborating closely with sales and revenue teams
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-moving environment
University degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
French & English, an asset

The Role
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will lead all revenue-related and customer growth activities.
You will design and implement sales strategies, build partnerships, and manage the full revenue pipeline using Lynx, our integrated ERP and CRM platform.
Your work will directly support the expansion of our OpenStack- and Ceph-based infrastructure across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage the complete sales and revenue pipeline using Lynx ERP/CRM
Develop and execute strategies for cloud services including compute, storage, and private cloud environments
Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities with enterprises, SMBs, and public sector clients
Establish partnerships with technology companies and managed service providers
Define pricing, revenue targets, and growth strategies aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention
Produce revenue performance reporting and ensure targets are met
Ideal Profile
Strong experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership
Experience with cloud infrastructure or SaaS solutions is an asset
Knowledge of OpenStack and Ceph is not required but strongly beneficial for decision-making
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Marketing experience or ability to oversee early-stage marketing initiatives is a major asset
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
University degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent experience
French & English, an asset
