Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Illegal Activities

Any activity that violates Canadian federal, provincial, or local laws
Distribution of illegal content or materials
Facilitation of illegal gambling, fraud, or money laundering
Violation of export control laws or sanctions
Infringement of intellectual property rights

Security Violations

Unauthorized access to systems or data
Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
Phishing, social engineering, or fraud attempts
Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
Network scanning or vulnerability testing without authorization

Resource Abuse

Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
Excessive consumption of computational resources
Running open proxies or open relays
Intentional interference with other users' services
Circumvention of usage quotas or limitations

Content Violations

Hosting or distributing child exploitation material
Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
Harassment, stalking, or threatening content
Distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery
Spam or unsolicited bulk communications

Required Security Practices

All users must:

Maintain secure authentication credentials
Keep software and applications updated with security patches
Implement appropriate access controls
Report security incidents promptly
Comply with data protection regulations
Use encryption for sensitive data

Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in:

Warning or notification of violation
Temporary suspension of services
Permanent termination of account
Removal of offending content
Report to law enforcement authorities
Legal action for damages
